Antares X-Ray Drill Optimizer
Antares X-ray drill optimizer is used for higher layer count . It detects the centers of targets considering enlargement/shrinking, due to the previous pressing process and the registration errors. This machine gives us the capability to perform HDI jobs which require tighter tolerance.
Orbotech Sprint Printer
Orbotech Sprint Printer utilizes film-less technology and provides board to board consistency of image print & accuracy. Moreover, panel traceability can be assured with multiple serialization and bar-code options. This machine gives CCI the ability to manufacture high-end legend designs in high mix production of HDI and MLB PCBs.
Schmoll Maschinen Drilling/Routing– MODUL
One of the main highlights of the Schmoll Maschinen Drilling/Routing– MODUL is its high-precision CCD Micro-focus Camera Alignment System with high-speed driller and router spindles. The machine has an auto loader module which speeds up the process and increases production capability. With this machine the company can offer world class drilling and routing registration on high layer multi layer HDI boards and offer a fast turn-around for Blind and Buried via jobs.
Schmoll Routing Machine Model LIN-2
CCI Canadian Circuits has installed a new high-precision Schmoll LIN2-CCD routing and drilling combo machine. With camera alignment capability, this state-of-the-art Routing machine will allow the company to rout features to +/- 1 mil accuracy. It will also allow accurate control depth routing to +/- 0.4 mils with or without conductive. This new machine will allow us to increase capacity in our manufacturing, as well as allow us to rout increasingly tighter features and tolerances.
Plasma Etch MK-II
Plasma etching technology is used to remove organic contamination, remove residues, and alter surface properties and to significantly improve the manufacturability of products. This machine gives us the capability to perform industrial grade plasma cleaning, desmear, and etch back and more.
MASS ViaInPad System
The ViaInPad (VIP) System consists of 3 machines namely Mass VHF 200 Viafill, Mass ES10 Scavenger and Mass SV100 planarizer. This MASS VIP system is used to completely fill vias with conductive or non-conductive paste, scavenge the excess plugging paste from the panel, and precisely planarize the surface of the panel creating a filter and uniform surface for SMD components.
