We have access to top of the line materials to manufacture high quality and reliable boards for various industries. We know that every industry, every project within an industry has different circuit board requirements.
It is important to have high precision drilling capabilities to manufacture high performing printed circuit board. To connect PCB layers and vias, drilling process is the basic step. There is no room for error when it comes to drilling.
The special holes can be categorized into mainly 7 types of holes namely via hole, through hole, blind hole, buried hole, Controlled depth/back drill hole, countersink hole, press-fit hole.
Blind and buried vias are used to connect between layers of a HDI PCB with 4 layers or higher to meet density constraints of lines and pads without increasing number of layers or size of the board. CCI Canadian Circuits specializes in Blind and Buried vias.
To ensure we manufacture best quality and reliable printed circuit boards we have defined a set of tolerances based on our technology and machine capabilities. Our tolerance parameters give us enough room manufacture circuit boards for a wide range of customer needs.
Silk Screen or Ident is one the last printing step in manufacturing a circuit board before V-scoring, and Routing. A silk screen layer contains information that is helpful to engineers and technicians doing the PCB assembly and troubleshooting.
CCI offers a wide range of PCB materials. We stock BERGQUIST, ISOLA, NANYA, SHENGYI, NELCO, ARLON, ROGERS, TACONIC, DU-POINT, and OHMEGA at our manufacturing plant for your standard, prototype, and rush needs.
Solder mask is an additional layer added to the PCB to protect the surface copper from oxidizing and prevent for any unwanted solder bridges between solder pads. We use Liquid Photo Imageable Mask (LPI) technique to apply Solder mask.
Surface finishes are necessary to protect the solder surface from getting oxidized and becoming useless. There are many options for circuit board surface finishes, each varying in price, availability, shelf life, reliability, rework-ability, and assembly processing.
At CCI Canadian Circuits, we work with you to come up with most efficient stack up based on your PCB needs. The accuracy of a controlled impedance coupon is critical to the correct performance of the PCB.
Manufacturing high quality PCB is our commitment and we follow all the processes with standard quality process to manufacture PCBs. Under the quality inspection and reports, we offer the basic reports as well special reports (on request).
CCI Canadian Circuits Inc. holds certifications from the established global organizations that monitor, evaluate and validate safety and manufacturing processes across the industries. We are very conscious of the quality and reliability of our printed circuit boards.
All boards are delivered on the day promised and in many cases even ahead of time! Delivery date is based on the lead time quoted. A number of factors affect the lead times - technology, quantity, material, status of Gerber files, and sometimes unforeseen events.
